The venue offers two indoor rooms and an outdoor garden area, with solutions suitable for groups of different sizes and support services to organize every moment with greater simplicity.
Available spaces
Salón La Pampa
A cozy and functional room with independent air conditioning, ideal for meetings, gatherings, and small events. It can accommodate 30 to 40 people and is available for use from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm.
Salón Liberia
The largest solution for events with independent air conditioning, presentations, receptions, and group meetings. It has a capacity of 60-70 people and is available from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm.
Outdoor area "Empedrado"
Located in the gardens, right next to Salón Liberia, this paved area offers a charming and flexible outdoor environment. It can accommodate 60-70 people and is available from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm.
All areas are provided on request with tables and chairs, with classic adornments. It is also possible to arrange particular types of finishes, tablecloths, plates, glasses, and everything necessary for your event.
Services
· Ample parking available for guests.
· Possibility to access the facility the day before the event, between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm, to prepare setups and materials.
Technical support
A projector is available, usable with wall projection or on a foldable screen, and Wi-Fi connection.
Any audio systems, microphones, or TVs must be provided by the organizer, if necessary.
Coffee break and snacks
Upon request, a coffee service accompanied by sweet and/or savory snacks can be arranged, served at the agreed time.
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner
Breakfast
For events starting in the morning, breakfast is available at the facility's restaurant. The service is buffet style and is available from 6:00 am to 10:00 am.
Lunch and Dinner
The kitchen is open from 11:00 am to 9:00 pm. It is possible to choose a "casado" style meal.
Alternatively, guests can order freely from the restaurant menu and consume directly at the facility.
External catering
External catering services are allowed access to the property, provided they are organized and contracted directly by the client.
